
Vinyasa Flow Heat
Our "signature" style hot yoga class. Explore the connection between breath and movement as you flow through a series of postures to build strength, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. Every class is a vigorous, dynamic and challenging exploration set alongside a killer playlist to assist with diving deeper into your practice. The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and inversions, ending with a sweet and blissful relaxation.
This hot yoga class uses the added element of heat. Using our state-of-the-art custom designed heating system, the studio is heated at approximately 85-90 degrees, with added humidity. The continuous flow of fresh heated air and humidity allows students to take their practice deeper, and achieve the perfect sweat.
