Yes, we have every prop imaginable available at the studio.
Do you clean the rental mats?
Yes, we have every prop imaginable available at the studio.
Do you have a locker room with showers?
At the moment, we do not have showers at the studio. We have bathrooms, changing rooms, and cubbies in the lobby where you can keep your belongings during class.
What if I’m running late?
We have a 15 minute late policy. We will still let you into class as long as you arrive within 15 minutes of the start time. After the first 15 minutes, it is extremely disruptive to all of our students to let anyone in, and it is our goal to provide the ultimate yoga experience to our students.

It’s my first time trying yoga and I’m nervous I will be the worst one in class!
This is a concern that we hear from a lot of beginners. The best part about yoga is that no one can be “bad at yoga.” If you are new, and want some additional attention, or a slower paced class to learn the basics, we have many options to safely assist you in beginning a yoga practice. Our yoga studio offers beginner classes as well as special Beginner Series throughout the year for our BRAND new yogis.
Once you develop the foundation, you will be more confident to unroll your mat in one of our open level classes. We also encourage you to call our studio and schedule a complimentary consultation with a member of our staff who will match you with a schedule that will best fit your level, goals, and lifestyle.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards. Our online scheduling tool also allows for you to purchase online prior to coming to studio (this is helpful, especially if you are running late!).
Do I need a reservation for class?
No, it is not mandatory that you register, but our yoga studio has a service online where you can sign up and reserve/guarantee your spot for class and sometimes classes sell out. It’s also best to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure you have time to check-in, change, use the restroom, etc.
Can I share a class pack with my friends/family/co-workers?
A class pack can be shared with family.
