The Flow Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, powerfully transformative, life changing and heart opening journey.

 

This 28 Week Intensive is designed not only for those interested in becoming Yoga Teachers, but also for Yoga Students who are interested in an in-depth study of Yoga.

​

As a participant in the Teacher Training you are entitled to FREE regular classes at Flow Yoga from the start date of the training up until Graduation Day of the training.

​

In-Depth Study:

​​For those Yoga Students not interested in becoming certified as a teacher, you will receive the full teaching and practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy along with all other components of the training however you will not be required to teach during the training practices.

 

Teacher Training:

·       Discover your authentic voice and unique gifts as a teacher

·       Teach with confidence, clarity, and technical precision.

·       Requires a dedicated practice, ongoing receptivity as a student and a willingness to open to the creative impulse of life

 

All Participants will be:

·       Deepening their personal Yoga practice

·       Developing their understanding of the ancient science and philosophy of Yoga

·       Aligning themselves with their Dharma (life purpose)

·       Stepping into your personal power

 

**YOGA ALLIANCE

This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.  Once you become certified, you can register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour level RYT.  For an application, visit the Yoga Alliance Website.
