The boot camp at F.O.R.C.E. is designed as a total body conditioning program, built to test one's level of physical fitness. The program is very comprehensive, in that it facilitates the enhancement of muscular strength, endurance, balance and kinesthetic awareness.
Clients are often challenged through the prescription of unconventional training methods, designed to systematically take the client from beginning to advanced levels of physical training. The F.O.R.C.E. boot-camp places a high emphasis on core conditioning and stabilization principles. These principles are the foundation for functional and physical fitness.
