Our professional athletes are trained in the maintenance of preparedness. Restoration work and exercises designed to maintain the overall health and well-being of the athlete are quintessential. Many of our professional athletes are involved in multiple flexibility and mobility sessions to enhance recovery. Our professional athlete training sessions are periodized to include blocks of training to facilitate the professional athletes’ playing career.  Recent professional athletes trained at F.O.R.C.E. include punter Jeff Feagles and running back Brandon Jacobs of the NY Giants.
